Within 24–48 hours, always from me directly. If it's ever longer, it's because I'm heads-down finishing someone else's project properly.
Do you work with brand new businesses? +
Especially those. Startups, first-time shop owners, and couples planning a wedding are exactly who thedigitwinkle exists for.
What do you need from me to get started? +
Just a real sense of your business and who it's for. No mood boards or briefs required — that's what our first conversation is for.
Is there a minimum project size? +
No. If it's honest work that helps a brand look like it means business, I'm interested — big or small.
How does payment work? +
Usually a 50% advance to lock in your slot and get started, with the remaining 50% due once you're happy with the final files. For larger projects, I'm happy to split it into milestones instead.
When will I receive my final files? +
Timelines depend on scope, but most logo and identity projects wrap in 7–10 days, and websites in 2–4 weeks. You'll get a clear delivery date upfront, plus source files and any formats you need once the balance is settled.
